This update fixes the build of this package, which was preventing security updates of perl to be tested. The build was broken quite some time ago, by a upload of the perl package. It was fixed for stretch and buster in ELA-1224-1, but it wasn’t fixed yet in bullseye.
For Debian 11 bullseye, these problems have been fixed in version 0.29-1+deb11u1.
We recommend that you upgrade your libcpan-reporter-smoker-perl packages.
