PHP LTS by Freexian

The PHP LTS service provides alternate PHP releases for various Debian releases.

Introduction

This service maintains Debian packages for multiple PHP releases and multiple Debian/Ubuntu releases, with dependable security support over an extended period of time.

The service is operated by Freexian with the help of Ondřej Surý (famously known for his PHP backports). It complements nicely the LTS and Extended LTS offerings.

Pricing

There are multiple subscription offers available. The offer to use is mainly driven by two factors:

  • the number of systems where Freexian’s PHP LTS updates are going to be used. “System” means any of the following: a server, a virtual machine, a container, a device.
  • the number of platforms that you need access to: a platform is defined as a specific PHP release on a specific Debian/Ubuntu release (i.e. it corresponds to a cell in the package availability table below).

Violet means that the packages are available but no security support is provided.

How to subscribe

Please fill the service order and send it back to sales@freexian.com. We will then send you the corresponding invoice. Once that invoice has been paid, you will be granted access to our package repositories.

Payment options

By default, we expect payment with a wire transfer (IBAN and BIC are provided on the invoice). However, for small amounts and quick turnaround, it is possible to pay via credit card, if that’s what you want, please ask for it when you send us the signed service order.

Alternatively, for companies in the EU zone that support SEPA payments, we recommend you to sign and send us a SEPA mandate together with the Service Order so that Freexian can initiate the payment. This makes for a very simple renewal experience.

Acknowledgments

This service would not exist without the support from companies that trust us and take the “Business” or “Enterprise” offer. Many thanks to them!
